Hey guys,

I read this post last night and I just had to share it with you. I have recently started my “healthier living” journey and damn it all to hell i thought it would be easier.

I see so much exercise routines that just makes my head spin because I am really uncoordinated. Then there is the healthy recipes part, man healthy food can be tasteless.

It took me some time to realise that I have to be myself and enjoy the lifestyle I was talking on. Hence I found this post to truthful and right on target.
